What we collect. When you subscribe, write to us or apply to join a journey, we receive what you type: typically a name, an email address, a city and your message. When you give online, Stripe collects your payment details; CIM receives your name, email, billing address, the amount and the fund you chose, never your card number.

Why. To reply to you, to send the letters you asked for, to process and receipt your gift, and to keep the records the Constitution and Canadian law require of a mission.

Who sees it. The missionaries and officers of Kingdom Word Missions. Our processors: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and Vercel (hosting). We do not sell or share personal information with anyone else. Prayer requests are shared publicly only if you tick the box allowing it, and then by first name only.

Cookies and analytics. The site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers. A small browser storage entry remembers that you pressed “I prayed” so you are not counted twice, and your language preference.

Your rights. Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, in keeping with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). Write to support@canadainteriormission.org.

Photographs. People appearing in field photographs and stories are shown with their knowledge. If you appear on this site and would prefer not to, tell us and we will remove the image.
