The Rock of Gibraltar
Once called the End of the World, the Rock stands as a strong man over the region. The team drove four hours to speak against it, and the dinner they had to postpone became a love feast for the whole church.

The ancient world called it the End of the World, the Pillars of Hercules, the boundary of the known. In occultic symbolism it stands for guardians of forbidden knowledge, energies that promote rebellion against God and blindness to the gospel. Like the man of God who went from Judah to Bethel to speak against the altar, the team went to the Rock in indignation.
Going meant asking a couple in the church to move their lunch invitation to dinner. They obliged. When the team returned from the eight-hour round trip, the whole church had been invited and the dinner became a love feast with spontaneous worship.
Then the brethren began a deep, passionate conversation in Spanish. Reading it through their phones, the team learned what was being said: God had brought these young men, half their age, to challenge them and tell them what they should be doing in this hour.
“How can one enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man?” Matthew 12:29
